Curtis lives in Orlando, Florida, and completed culinary school.  He is a Banquet Chef for Timpano's (an Italian chophouse) in Orlando and has prepared meals for Tiger Woods, Arnold Palmer, Shaquille O'Neal, Grant Hill, and The Rock.
