Career Update:
-BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, May 2004
-MS in Structural Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, May 2006
-Matthew is currently working on his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering at
Georgia Tech. His research is on full scale testing of innovative shape
memory alloy systems as it applies to earthquake engineering.
Other info:
Matthew Speicher married Lindsay Brown on June 19, 2004. She is a
2nd grade teacher and is a indoor cycling instructor.
Matthew and Lindsay are actively involved with their local church
(Buckhead/Northpoint) in Atlanta. They both love to travel and do
missions work in their free time. This drive has led them to India,
Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Europe, Mexico, and the Dominican
Republic. This summer they will be going to Cambodia & Thailand for a
short-term missions trip.
